July Copper Valley HOA Quarterly Newsletter

Copper Valley HOA Newsletter
July 2013
Message from the Board

Summer is in full swing and we hope that you are enjoying it! As a reminder, kids are out of school and we have many that live in our community. Please take extra care as you are driving and follow the posted speed limit of 15 mph.  Since we do not have sidewalks, it is to be expected that kids will be in the streets.
We are currently in negotiations with Bach and Fieldstone to come to an agreement to help offset the cost for the gate repairs.  Although we are anxious to get started, we would like to minimize the cost to each household.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns at copper.valley.hoa@gmail.com

Pancake Breakfast
We would like to thank those of you who joined us for our first neighborhood breakfast.  It was great to spend some time having fun with those in our community.
And a big thank you to Jason and Advantage Management for providing the food!

Voting Ballots
Everyone should have received a ballot in the mail with proposed amendments to our community CC&Rs.    Please return those by the deadline given.  If you have any questions about any of the proposed changes, please contact the board and we’d be happy to explain why we feel these changes will benefit all in our community.

Yard Maintenance
We would like to remind everyone that it is the responsibility of each homeowner to maintain their yards “in an attractive manner.” (Reference CC&R 2.9) This includes keeping your yards weed free.  Please take care of weeds and prevent them from spreading to neighboring yards.

Fireworks
While fireworks are allowed in our community in conjunction with the July 4th and July 24th holidays, we ask that you use caution as it has been extra dry this year.
