Financial report: over spent 2018 budget by $1968.07,
but we had a few extra expenses including drain cleanout, new trees in the
parks, reserve study.

Gate change code: Jeff will change on 1/20

Financial
recap email: Carolee to check with
Andrew. Board has not received any emails from him
since July 2018.
c.
Garbage
cans for parks: Carolee to contact
Wasatch Waste in April to set up can service.

Gate
remotes: Jeff hasn’t been able to
program any new remotes. Carolee to
check with Buchanan.
