a.
Financial report: one owner
at SEB, lien for non-payment and no response from owner. Two previous owners at SEB.

Discussion items
a. Annual meeting agenda: HOA
financial status, 3 board positions up for election, electrical repairs at
south entrance, neighborhood watch program, new rules and regulations to
clarify CCRs.
- Electric repairs at south gate: Board anxious to begin repairs, two bids received. Carolee to contact RME to clarify bid (re: if boring fees are included or not), board to vote via email if decision is needed before next scheduled meeting.
- Neighborhood watch: Becky to draft a letter explaining the process, Carolee to email letter to owners. If enough interest, Becky will contact Unified Police to start the process.
- Comcast internet for cameras: Jeff still needs to call to set up install, but board expressed concern regarding problems with viewing camera feed, and if Comcast will help or is it another problem? Carolee to contact Jonathan to see what else could be causing the problems and to check his availability to help troubleshoot problems.
- Drain clean out: Carolee to schedule service call with TwinD to clean out the drains at the two detention ponds.
- Unlicensed cars at park: 24 hour warning stickers applied. Board to contact Carolee Thursday morning if cars aren’t moved so towing company can be contacted.
