Next board meeting: March 20th at Teagan’s house

Budget
a.
Financial report: doing ok.
2 homes with late notices.

Discussion items
a. 2018 Budget: New budget
approved by board. Management company fees
increased $1 per home to a total of $7/home each month. Dues sill at $75/home per month.
- Calendar items for upcoming year:
1. April 17th at 7 pm for annual mtg. Michelle to check
on reserving the library or Webster Center.
2. This spring we will work
on getting retention ponds mapped and cleaned out. Carolee to call Twin D to schedule.
- Gate code change: Jeff to change on Sunday 01/21. Carolee to notify community via email.
- Newsletter ideas:
- Use Facebook more to communicate information. Maybe start a private group?
2. Save the Date for annual
mtg in April
3. 2 board positions open
for election this year
4. Reminder about rules for
on street parking in the winter
- On street parking: Carolee to send a notice to individual homes that aren’t following the no parking rule.
