Financial report: nothing
unusual to report. After Reserve Study is
completed, board will evaluate monthly dues for a probable increase in 2019.

Discussion items
- Yard upkeep problems/fine letters
- Dogs off leash: county law is to keep dogs on leash. Board wants owners to be mindful of their animals when they are off leash in their yard or at the park. Problems will be addressed case by case as needed.
- Signs on homeowner’s property: signs are not permitted. Other owners have been asked to take down signs in the past.
- Tegan’s contacts for security cameras: board voted in April to repair the cameras, and repairs were already completed. West gate still not recording in 10 min intervals like it is supposed to. Carolee to check with Jonathan. New system will be needed in the future, but board voted against replacement at this time.
- Trees at park: some of the trees that were planted last fall are not doing well. Grass by west gate on north side looks patchy. Carolee to check with Jason for both problems. Big tree by mailboxes on north side will need to be removed sometime in the next few years.

Twin D: Twin D will be here in this summer to clean the drains. Carolee to cancel
the camera mapping per the boards request.
Project to be paid from the Reserve account. Notice will be sent to owners once project date is set.
- Board positions- Dan and Lori Ann to be board members at large. Other board to remain at current positions: Jeff as president, Michelle at secretary, Tegan as treasurer.
