1. Calendar items
a.
Next board meeting- July 18th,
7 pm at Raegan’s

Budget
a.
Financial report- Most HOA dues being paid. Four accounts at SEB for service.
b.
Carolee to move money from
reserve account to operating account to pay electrician bill for Underhill
gate/street light rewire project. Board
voted yes via email.
c.
Snow removal for 2017 has not
been paid due to invoices not received from J&R yet.
d.
Board has responsibility to
monitor bills, invoices, and payments each month. Account recap emailed from Advantage
management to each board member each month.

Discussion items
a. Yards: warning letters,
deadlines, fines- letters sent to several homes earlier in the month. Board to let Carolee know if problems aren’t
taken care of or any new problems.
- Security cameras- Comcast internet install date May 23. Jonathon to coordinate with Jeff about install. Carolee to contact Stuart about resetting west camera power.
- Responding to emails from community- Carolee to continue to respond to emails from owners. Regarding owner’s request to start a neighborhood watch, HOA will not be involved with this. Residents can start a watch if someone is willing to coordinate it.
- Dead trees in parks- 3 at Amtrak park, 2 at Molybdenum drainage area. Board would like to get trees removed and replaced, and also to plant new trees on Underhill at the entrance. Jeff to get bid for removal/replacement. Board also discussed replacing trees in a 2-step project depending on the cost involved.
- Newsletter ideas- keep basketball hoop clear (no parking under it), new rules & regs and annual meeting recap, info on buying gate remotes, reminder to keep homes and property secure, cameras are for gate monitoring, not neighborhood security.
- New gate code- Jeff to change May 21st. Carolee to email the new code this week.
