Financial report: Nothing new to report

2019 Budget:
Monthly dues to increase $10 a month starting in January 2019. Carolee to send an explanation letter to owners. Board votes unanimous to approve 2019 budget.
b.
Reserve
Study: completed. Report can be viewed on Advantage Management portal
(website).
c.
Fence
behind home on Underhill: Three bids
presented by community member. Board
agrees that area needs a retaining wall and fence to complete neighborhood
boundaries. Matter and vote tabled until
Spring, when we can review bids again, look at area.
d.
Gate clocks: Stuart to fix the clocks for DST.
e.
Owner inquiry about back yard shed: refer to CCR 6.2, recommend completing ACC
form for board approval.
f.
No street parking: Carolee to send reminder email about no on
street parking through March, and tow warning if snow is present.
