In attendance: Jeff, Tegan, Dan, Michelle, Carole.  Absent: Lori.

1.       Calendar Items

a.       Next board meeting: March 19^th, need someone to host

2.       Budget

a.       Financial report: over spent 2018 budget by $1968.07, but we had a few extra expenses including drain cleanout, new trees in the parks, reserve study. 

3.       Discussion Items

a.       Gate change code:  Jeff will change on 1/20

b.       Financial recap email:  Carolee to check with Andrew.  Board has not received any emails from him since July 2018.

c.        Garbage cans for parks:  Carolee to contact Wasatch Waste in April to set up can service.

d.       Gate remotes:  Jeff hasn’t been able to program any new remotes.  Carolee to check with Buchanan.
