4. Gates
A. No returned calls from Brian, Troy is willing to help if we do a 3 way split.
B. Jeanine received a new bid from Level Nova. $26,500 with aluminum gates, about $2000 less if we do metal gate with powder coating. Willing to come and talk to the board.
5. Newsletter
A. We are working on the gates and trying to negotiate costs with Fieldstone and Bach to come to an agreement to help offset the cost for the gates.
B. We hope you all enjoyed the breakfast and thank Advantage Management for providing the food.
C. Expect a ballot coming in the mail
