            A. Financial report (to be emailed to board members) 

3. Neighborhood Breakfast

            A. Hand out fliers to be delivered to each home in neighborhood

            B. Review assignments

                        Purchase food and misc at Costco: Bernice

                        Grills and griddles: Stuart and Alisha

                        Long tables: everyone that has one

                        Bowls, spoons, cooler with water (for mixing pancake mix):

                        Garbage: Jeanine

                        Plastic knives for butter: Alisha

            C. Items to be purchased at Costco – give receipt to Jason

                        Pancake mix, muffins, fruit, juice, syrup, butter, plates, forks, cups, napkins
