July 2016 Newsletter

Copper Valley Hoa                 July 2016

Greetings from the Board:  We hope you are enjoying summer.  Thank you to our owners who have worked hard to keep your yards looking nice.  This is an important issue for the Board and we will be continuing to monitor for weeds in the grass and flowerbeds, dead trees or shrubs, and unsightly debris.  We hope you and your families will join us for our summer party on August 3rd.  Thank you for making Copper Valley a great neighborhood.

Summer Party:  Join us for dinner and a slip n slide party on August 3rd at the Underhill Park at 6 pm.  We’ll be serving hot dogs, side dishes and dessert.  Bring your family, swimming attire, and lawn chairs.  We hope it will be a fun event!

Garbage Cans:  Please remember that your garbage cans need to be stored in the garage, behind a fence or along the side of your house.  They cannot be in front of your garage.

No Soliciting:  This neighborhood is a no soliciting area.  Please do not distribute letters or flyers or go door to door selling your services or business.

RV Parking:  Per our neighborhood CC&R 2.9, lots shall be “maintained in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition at all times… no open storage or parking of boats, campers, camper shells, trailers, trucks larger than pick-up trucks or inoperable motor vehicles.”  When preparing for a trip, it is understandable that owners will need time to load or unload an RV or boat.  Please be mindful of our narrow streets and close neighboring houses when loading or unloading your RV or boat.  They should not be parked in front of your house for longer than 24 hours.  Otherwise, these items need to be behind a fence when not in use.

Reporting Problems:  We welcome any issues, suggestions, or problems to be sent to us via email.  Our property managers and the board members all receive the email when it is sent to copper.valley.hoa@gmail.com.  Between the 7 of us, someone is usually able to respond quickly.  Thank you to the owners that have alerted us to problems with the gates, park garbage cans, street lights, sprinklers, etc.  We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping us informed of things that need our attentions.  If it’s an after hours emergency, please contact Advantage Management at 801-235-7368
