Copper Valley HOA Meeting Notes

April 14, 2015

In attendance: Jeff, Michelle, Becky, Raegan, Misty, Jason

1.       New Board Organization, 2 year term

President: Jeff Barbee

Secretary: Michelle Taylor

Treasurer: Becky Hudson

VP: Raegan Nielsen

VP: Misty Williams

2.       Goals for 2015

Community breakfast on June 13^th- plan details at May meeting.

Crack and seal the roads this summer-Jason to get bids for the work.

3.       Keep recurring meeting for Tuesday at 7:30, either monthly or every other month depending on the current needs or issues in the community.  Next meeting set for May 12^th at Becky’s

4.       Lawn care set up for the summer with Jason Brixey again.

5.       Change gate code for utility and delivery companies.  We need to make a list of who to contact and then ask Stuart to change the code. 

6.       Jason to follow up:  south gate entrance jammed, call gate company in the morning;  light 4 & 5 not turning on and light near Gonzales home damaged by wind, call electrician.

7.       Misc problems and discussion items: problem with two neighbors at gate, no action taken by board due to police were called and they handled complaint.  One home set to sell at auction soon and legal papers were served this week.  One home nearing deadline of May 1^st for yard completion.
