            A. There were only 2 responses – move forward with vote?

            B. Cost to record with SL County Recorder Office? 

4. CC&R review

A. Yard upkeep (Article 8.1 Duty to Install and Maintain) – reminder in July newsletter rather than sending letters? 

5. Reserve Study

            A. Review of study

            B. Discuss recommendation to raise HOA fees

            C. Discuss possible neighborhood meeting to present results.  (Could company come and present?) 

6. Gates

            A. Review of bids

            B. What is Bach legally responsible for as the builder?

            C. Compliance issues with county?

D. Use raised fees to cover cost of repair before we start reserve fund?  (Legal obligations in regards to reserve fund start date?)
