In attendance: Jeff, Tegan, Dan, Michelle, Carole.  Absent: Lori.

1.       Calendar Items

a.       Next board meeting: March 19^th, need someone to host

2.       Budget

a.       Financial report: over spent 2018 budget by $1968.07, but we had a few extra expenses including drain cleanout, new trees in the parks, reserve study. 

3.       Discussion Items

a.       Gate change code:  Jeff will change on 1/20

b.       Financial recap email:  Carolee to check with Andrew.  Board has not received any emails from him since July 2018.

c.        Garbage cans for parks:  Carolee to contact Wasatch Waste in April to set up can service.

d.       Gate remotes:  Jeff hasn’t been able to program any new remotes.  Carolee to check with Buchanan.

In attendance: Jeff, Tegan, Lori, Michelle, Carolee.  Absent: Dan

1.       Calendar Items

a.       Next board meeting: Jan 15^th @ Tegan’s

2.       Budget

a.       Financial report: Nothing new to report

3.       Discussion Items

a.       2019 Budget:  Monthly dues to increase $10 a month starting in January 2019.  Carolee to send an explanation letter to owners.  Board votes unanimous to approve 2019 budget.

b.       Reserve Study:  completed.  Report can be viewed on Advantage Management portal (website). 

c.        Fence behind home on Underhill:  Three bids presented by community member.  Board agrees that area needs a retaining wall and fence to complete neighborhood boundaries.  Matter and vote tabled until Spring, when we can review bids again, look at area. 

d.       Gate clocks:  Stuart to fix the clocks for DST.

e.      Owner inquiry about back yard shed:  refer to CCR 6.2, recommend completing ACC form for board approval.

f.        No street parking:  Carolee to send reminder email about no on street parking through March, and tow warning if snow is present.
