March 2018 Newsletter

Greetings from the Board:  We’ve had several homes sold in the last few months and want to welcome the new owners that have moved into the neighborhood.  We hope you are getting settled and enjoying the neighborhood.  We have a website where information about the HOA is posted, along with meeting minutes, and past newsletters.  Check it out at   www.coppervalleyhoa.blogspot.com

Annual Board Meeting:  Mark your calendar for April 17th at 7 pm.  We will be meeting at the Webster Center on Magna Main Street for our annual HOA meeting.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Board Members Needed:  We have two board positions open this year.  The board meets every other month for a meeting, and then communicates via email as needed.  It only requires an hour or two of your time each month.  It’s a great way to get to know the neighborhood and make your voice heard regarding the operations of the neighborhood.

Facebook:  We are working to set up a private Facebook group for our neighborhood.  Official announcements and information will continue to be communicated via email or mail from our management company.  It will be a more casual place to communicate with each other.  More information on the Facebook group will be given at our annual meeting.

Parking & Traffic in the Neighborhood:  Thank you to the owners that have followed the “No Parking” signs that are posted at each gate.  It has been a mild winter this year, but it is still important to keep the streets clear in case of a snow storm until the end of March.
If you are having a party or gathering at your home, please utilize the parking lots at the park to avoid congesting our narrow streets with a lot of cars.
Kids will be outside playing more often as the weather warms up.  Please slow down and be alert.  Drivers, please watch for kids playing in the streets.  Parents, please remind your children to mindful of cars on the road.

Contact Us:  We welcome any issues, suggestions, or problems to be sent to us via email.  Our property manager and the board members all receive the email when it is sent to copper.valley.hoa@gmail.com.  We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping us informed of things that need our attention.  If it’s an afterhours emergency, please contact Advantage Management at 801-235-7368
