Copper Valley HOA Meeting Agenda

July 18, 2017 @ Raegan’s

In attendance:  Carolee, Raegan, Teagan, Jeff, Dan, Michelle & Tommy (neighborhood member)

1.       Calendar items

a.       Next board meeting:  September 19^th, 7 pm @ Dan’s

2.                   Budget

a.       Financial report

3.                   Discussion items

a.       Security camera hard drive upgrade:  $125 to upgrade hard drive to 4 terabytes which would allow continuous recording.  Board votes yes to upgrade.

2. Yard letters:  Carolee sent letters this week

3. Neighborhood upkeep & improvement projects

1. Tree Replacement:  Carolee to talk to J&R for bid.  Board is wanting to replace several trees in the fall at both Underhill and Amtrak parks.  Jeff recommends Sweet Gum or Sycamore varieties plus using a “gator soaker” to help keep trees watered. 
2. Wood chips for playground areas:  bark was ordered through J&R.  They will install.
3. No Parking paint under basketball hoop:  Carolee to get bids for paint
4. Repair drain cover at Underhill park: done

4. Retention pond drain clean out updates:  first bid was very costly, Carolee to keep working on getting another bid, possibly from a smaller company that would be more willing to do the job.

5. Summer Party:  Saturday, August 26^th, from 1-3 pm, Slip n slide and otter pops.  Michelle will make a handout to take door to door the week of the party.

6. New gate code:  Sept 3rd

7. Board positions:  Jeff & Michelle to keep current positions.  Teagan to be Treasurer.
