Copper Valley HOA Meeting Notes

November 1, 2016.                         

 In Attendance:  Jeff, Raegan, Dan, Michelle, Carolee.  Absent:  Becky

1.       Calendar items

a.       Next board meeting: Jan 10, 2017, 7 pm, at Dan’s

2.                   Budget

a.       Financial report:  3 owners at SEB.  Board discussed and agreed the latest an owner should be sent to collections is 5 months behind on HOA dues or greater than $400 balance.

3.                   Discussion items

a.       Landscaper 2017 lawncare bid: renew with J&R for lawn and snow removal

2. Owner extension request: board voted to give owner until May 1, 2017 to repair backyard sprinklers/landscape.  Carolee to let them know.

4. Retention basin:  Carolee to contact Salt Lake County to see exactly what is needed, or just get a blank copy of the example form they sent us for the Storm Water Management Plan.

5. 2017 Budget:  Past year’s accounts/payments to be reviewed by Carolee and she will make any recommendations for any changes to the 2017 budget.  Possibly increase dues in 2018 to add more money to Reserve Fund.

6. Newsletter ideas:  Michelle to draft a reminder about on street parking in winter.

7. Gate: Carolee to call Buchanan and ask about deleting the last gate code.
