June 2016 Meeting Minutes

June 14, 2016 @Michelle’s

1.       Calendar items

a.       Next board meeting: July 19^th at Raegan’s, 7 pm

b.       Summer party: August 3^rd at 6 pm, at the Underhill park.  Board to meet at 5:30 to set up.

2.                   Budget

a. Financial report:  2-3 homes with a larger balance @ attorney’s office.  Everyone else is fine.

3.                   Discussion items

a.       Landscaper review

1.       Dead trees- Michelle to make a list of trees that need to be removed and send to Jay.  Jeff to cut off the dead branches from the other trees that need it.  

2.       Any other concerns: 2-3 dry spots at Underhill park and north drainage area.  Jay to speak with landscapers to ensure they are working to take care of the problems before they get worse.

2. Security cameras: board wants to proceed with install.  Jay to get one more bid and then we will decide which is best.

3. New gate code: Jeff to change it on June 26th

4. Yard fines/warning letters: several letters to be sent, mostly for yard upkeep and weed problems.

5. Yard sale interest: wait for now due to no one has expressed any interest or asked the board about it.
