Copper Valley HOA Meeting
March 8, 2016
In attendance: Jeff, Raegan, Becky, Michelle, Misty. Jay and Jeremy (mgmt. company).

Next board meeting May 10th, 7 pm at

Budget report
a.
Two owners accounts at attorney’s office. Final
warning sent to two owners.
3.
Discussion items
a.
John from J & R Property was at the meeting
to discuss 2016 lawn care plan and complaints from last summer with the board. He agreed to communicate better if there is a
problem and will let a board member know when he will be here to do his weekly
check so concerns can be addressed.
Goals for this summer are to remove dead trees and keep lawn from drying
out.
b.
Bid for security cameras done. Questions about where west camera will be
installed, what are the bandwidth requirements for internet, and how long past
events can be reviewed/memory card size.
c.
Gate code to be changed April 3rd. Jeff to meet with Stuart so he can be
trained.
d.
Two board member positions open for election
this year. Notification will be sent to
owners when meeting is announced.
e.
Fine tracking spread sheet to be created by
Becky and Michelle.
f.
Welcome letter from the board to be delivered by
Becky to new owners.
g.
Community meeting location will be at Webster
Center if library is unavailable.
Michelle to make reservation.
h.
Newsletter by Becky. Topics: county dumpster date, reminder about
spring cleanup for owner’s yards and a warning that inspections will be starting
at the end of May, interest in a yard sale?, video cameras install with a
warning that board will hold owner responsible for damages, remote controls
info for gates and reminder for new owners to let board know if previous owner
left remotes, summer BBQ and slip n slide date TBA.
