Next meeting is March 8, 2016 at Raegan’s
1. Annual meeting April 19, 2016
-Becky will call the library to check availability and book the conference room
- agenda items for the annual meeting
-interest in a community yard sale
-neighborhood BBQ with slip and slide
-warning that in the spring inspections will be done on yards and they need to be maintained
- possible yard contest
- warning that if you or your guests damage or vandalize the property you will be fined and charged for the repair
- need for security cameras at gates
- the need for each owner to use gate clickers/remote
2. Jason is turning our community over to a new manager within the company, Jeremy Bailey, he will be introduced at the next meeting
3. It was decided that the snow plow company did not come out on Christmas day and will not be paid if he bills it.
-the board will start taking notes when the plow company comes out to compare to the bill
4. The snow removal/land scraper will be asked to attend our next board meeting to discuss expectations for spring. Jason will call and make the arrangements
5. Jason will send out an additional letter to resident about having the trailer moved and continue fining weekly until they are removed. He will send it with a Spanish option
6. Jason will send Becky a list of all warning letters and fines issued so that a tracking system can be maintained
7. It was decided to continue to nag Efrain about the gates until spring and look at other options if it comes to that
8. Jason will get a bid on cameras so that option can be discussed at the next meeting
9. The board will start sending out a welcome packet to all new residents
-Advantage management will get new resident info to the board
- CCR’s will be included
- info on gate clickers

- email address
10. Jeff will get with Stuart Lawrence to be trained on the gates and programming the codes and clickers
11. Becky will assemble the next news letter to go out
