2.
Budget
a. Finance Report: Most of operating account is from prepaid owners. Could possibly save money on our taxes if it is itemized.
b. Update on gate payment: Bach is dragging their feet and haven't done anything. Troy is trying to get them to finish it up.
c. Review of fines:
i. all open fines that have not been paid
ii. review of minutes - Jason will send out an email reminder to homeowners that we had sent letters to previously about yards not finished. Will also send to homeowners with RV's that are not parked behind a fence that complaints have been made.
iii. Any fines to be forgiven. All fines that are currently open still need to be paid. Moving forward, when a warning is sent and they haven't completed what needs to be done before date, Jason would like to be told to move forward with the fine. Will discuss how to move forward with each as they come up, including how long they should be given before fined.
3. Discussion Items
a. Homeowner complaints
-snow plowed onto lot - snow plow is going to change direction of how to plow so that little to no snow is going to be left on his lot.
-visitors blocking traffic on road. Cars parked on both sides of the road, truck was stopped in road talking to someone and they wouldn't move. Letter to be sent letting homeowner know that we have received complaints.
b. Legal threats: Ignore homeowner and refer complaints to attorney
c. Newsletter - do before April community meeting. Include information of what will be discussed at meeting.
Update on fence. Stuart has screwed in slats on Molybdenum and is waiting for the weather to warm up before he fixes slats north of east park.
Jason to request bids for landscaping.
Alisha motions to adjourn. Michelle seconds.
