Paid $5000 today for electronics deposit for fence

a. Gates:
More work on gates than originally thought. More damage than anticipated.
Disassembled completely
Installed a week from this Friday.
Rather than have them weld plates for motors, they will bolt on and also mag lock.
Cut off existing hinges and putting new ones on. Everything will be basically brand new.
Lyle will start their work in the next week in a half to two weeks. Take about a week to do their work.
Can work be started before gates in place? May be able to but they are booked. They have a few install items that don't require gates in place.
Buy gate remotes in bulk and then homeowners pay a deposit and get a refund when they move.
Electronics for man gates are not included in bid. If there is a problem, there will be an additional cost.
One code given out and then changed from time to time.

J&R Property Maintenance Corporation better deal over All Seasons P.M. and highly recommended by others.

previously discussed raising HOA fees by $15 first year for reserve fund. Begin in new year.
